Corruption - A better option

The word corruption in dictionary means act of dishonest practices. So now you have to just recall on whether you have done any corruption in your near past. The answer will be a straight yes. Here in India (sorry to say) nothing can be done without paying under the table. You can give a thought the basic identity card like passport cannot be prepared without bribing. If you have bought a house you are corrupted since 40% of the money you have invested in it will go for bribe, if you have a driving license you are corrupted since it cannot be made without an inducement.
The departments which are corrupted cannot be listed as you know not a single one can be bared. From road and development to traffic, from real estate to electricity board everywhere corruption works. There are many real time examples which will prove this. All the terrorist attacks, from 1991 blasts to the recent bomb blasts everything was successful since corrupted people are around.
It’s next to impossible to avoid corruption as it has now become an enhancement tool for everyone in India to make their work easier. No one can be blamed since whole of the system is corrupted. It’s now become a birth right for every Indian born.
If you have to change these circumstances just change yourself and if every person thinks so then the whole world will be a beautiful place to live in.

Corruption a better option
I never thought but was eventually brought
In the world where corruption works a lot
If your life is smooth without complication
You should have done a bit of corruption

Politics might be its birth place
But everywhere it has left its trace
I had never thought this as a grace
Still had accepted it to avoid disgrace

Where ever I go, whatever I do
It follows me like a friend very true
I tried to defend I tried to offend
But still on it I had to depend

To leave it behind is now my mission
But its thoughts never leave my vision
Whenever I think of an ultimate solution
It always comes in front as a better option

My dream gal

Once I had a dream of a gal whom I had never seen
She was young, beautiful and in her late teen
The dream continued to wander year after year
And I was waiting for her to really appear
I started to miss her more and more day after day
Until one day she emerged in front like a divine ray
I was astonished or may be wonder struck
For my thought or may be my stroke of luck
I was flattered when her voice reached my ears
I wanted to laugh, jump but was in smiling tears
Her depiction has nothing dissimilar to my reverie
And I wondered as god created her out of his theory
I don’t know what you explain this feeling as
Infatuation, crush, love or like... Oh! Lovely lass
But I don’t have a slightest of doubt of being in love
As I got a confirmation from the embodiment of love
Awaiting for a positive response from you my dream gal
Since I love you so much my most beautiful pearl

A place beside the heaven

The males who travel by local trains in Mumbai will surely know the heaven which I am talking about. Yes it’s the ladies first class and the place beside is the common/gents compartment which is separated by a netted partition. You can notice many occurrences which will make you smirk. If you have observed that just after the partition there is a 9 seater bench not facing the heaven and after that there are two 3 seater benches just opposite. Now no one wants to sit in the 9 seater but wants a seat in any of the 3 seaters. Getting a seat in the 3 seaters is like an athlete’s dream coming true of achieving a gold medal in Olympics. This portion becomes the hot portion of the journey and the two 3 seaters becomes the hot seats. And the portion other than this will not be so much crowded. All the eyes present in the compartment are pulled towards the heaven. The people there would not be aware about who is beside them, behind them or even close to them but will be attentive about the things happening in the heaven. People even wear sun glasses inside the compartment even on a rainy day. There are groups of people who sing songs only if they get a seat in this portion. I too am a regular nominee of the hot seat that’s the reason why I am very familiar with it (just an equivoque).
These small small instances, some smiling sequences and many different occasions makes Mumbai my favorite place to live. I love Mumbai.

Note: The above passage is just pun intended. It might not be about any realistic sequence.

Smile

The days may be not so happening
The nights may be a bit threatening
The life may not be worthwhile
Still there are 100’s of reason to smile

You may not get the gal you like
You may not have the latest bike
For earning you may have to walk a mile
Still there are 100’s of reason to smile

The job you do may not be of your type
The salary you get may be just a hype
The boss may not like your working style
Still there are 100’s of reason to smile

You may have the best of pace
Still you end up losing the race
You may be lonely in the banks of Nile
Still there are 100’s of reason to smile

You have to live life happy or sad
You have to accept people good or bad
So just keep going on the life’s aisle
Since there are 100’s of reason to smile
